The Leadership Development Program is offered to SAO members every other year. The purpose of the program is to provide a learning experience for individuals interested in developing leadership skills. These skills will be valuable in all kinds of leadership situations--office, church groups, civic organizations, and orthodontic organizations. Participants must agree to commit to attendance on the three dates the program is offered.
